James Holbrook is responsible for leading the national business for Payson Smith Holbrook, Inc., representing the firm’s most important clients.

His specialties include strategic leadership of national accounts, including Tenant Representation (with a particular focus in high volume transaction management), Agency Leasing, Project Management and Property Management. His property level expertise surrounds primarily industrial real estate including: Industrial agency and tenant representation, site selection, investment sales, leasing, acquisition, disposition and build-to-suit properties and portfolios.

With 16 years of experience, James has completed over $250M in projects and leased in excess of 100 million square feet of property in the past decade with landlords such as Prologis, IndCor Properties, Duke Realty, Rechler Equity, Terreno, First Highland and countless more.

James enjoys golf, boating and quality time with his family. He resides in Plymouth County, MA, with his wife and four children.
